Business Sign Up

All businesses must be registered by November 6th at 5:00 p.m. (email [email protected] for exceptions.) Once registered, an AMT or Radiate Live representative will confirm the registration within a week.

Table size will be 6 feet & includes 2 chairs and a table linen if needed. Please register below if you need power. We cannot provide power if you haven't registered for it.

Load-in will be directly before the event and all businesses must be ready set up and ready to go by 10:45am. If you need more time for set up, please email [email protected].

PAYMENT:

Our vendor payment policy for booth space is that it must be paid in full upon signing of the contract, in order to be confirmed for the event and your space reserved.

Our sponsor payment policy is that at least 50% of the payment must be made upon signing the contract & the remaining 50% must be made at least 60 days prior to the event date. If the client signs on within the 60-day window, the full 100% payment is required to confirm their sponsorship.

CANCELLATION: If a vendor cancels their contract for any reason before 60 days prior to the event, they will receive a refund minus a $50 processing fee. If any cancellation is made by your business for any reason less than 60 days prior to an event, there will be no refunds.

If the Event Organizer cancels the event for any reason, including acts of God, they will perform their best due diligence to reschedule the event within a convenient time frame in the 2024 calendar year. If they can find a date that works within reason, they will reschedule your event confirmation. If they cannot, your payment can be used towards 1) the following year's event; 2) an advertising schedule on any AMT Radio Station, or 3) can be refunded if no other solution can be agreed on between both parties. no other solution can be agreed on between both parties.

Radiate Live Release Waiver:

I assume all risks arising at any and all Radiate Live Events that I’m participating in (known as ‘The Event’ henceforth).

I also assume all risk and liability with transportation to and from the site of this activity. I also understand that it is possible that my participation in this activity may involve injury of some type to another participant or myself. I agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Radiate Live Events LLC and AlwaysMountainTime LLC and its owners, officers, employees, agents and representatives for any costs, expenses, damages or claims brought against the The Event and/or Radiate Live or AlwaysMountainTime and/or its owners, officers, employees, agents and representatives by any individuals, estates, or enterprises as result of any actual or alleged bodily injury, disability, death or property damage sustained or incurred by such as result of or associated with or in connection with any of my activities, services, or products at ‘The Event’ 2023.

I release, acquit, and forever discharge ‘The Event’, Radiate Live and Always Mountain Time, its owners, officers, employees, agents, representatives and it’s affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, action, or liability on account of, or in any way growing out of, any and all known and unknown foreseen and unforeseen bodily injuries or death, or damage to property resulting from or by reason of my participation in, or transportation to or from, any activity, work or work site in any way related to the festival.

I understand that this is a full and final release and waiver of claims of every nature and kind whatsoever, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, and that I will receive no money from ‘The Event’, Radiate Live, Always Mountain Time, its owners, officers, employees, agents, representatives and its affiliates on any claims or claims resulting from the above-described activity or associated transportation.

This release waiver and assumption of risk shall be binding upon myself, heirs, assigns, personal representatives or executors, next of kin, or any other person or entity who may assert any claim arising from or related to my participation in the program/project.
